Many men spend years building careers while unintentionally neglecting the other areas that contribute to a meaningful life.
The Men's Red Zone Retreat helps participants evaluate and strengthen the five areas that most often determine long-term success and fulfillment: Fitness, Finances, Family & Friends, Faith in Yourself, Fulfilledness.
Set in a relaxed environment that encourages conversation and reflection, participants engage in discussions, activities, and exercises designed to help them identify opportunities for growth and create a personal game plan for the future.
The retreat takes place at the gorgeous Alpine Lake Resort in Terra Alta, WV. It's a three-day, two-night excursion that includes five workshops — two on Friday, two on Saturday, and one on Sunday — along with time built in for relaxation and reflection. The retreat is led by a pair of practiced professionals, and each workshop runs approximately 2–2½ hours. The resort offers golf, canoeing, hiking, and more. Every registration reserves a private bedroom and shared bath in a large house right on the lake.
These retreats are not lectures. They are interactive experiences built around conversation, reflection, learning, and action.
